Andrea Vogel

Multilingual, Environmental, Marine, Sustainability, Community Development and Climate Change professional with a Masters in Marine Science and over 20 years of project management experience internationally and in the Dominican Republic. She has worked with a wide range of stakeholders in international cooperation and currently holds a position as program director at the Pan American Development Foundation. Water Sports and Ocean Lover with two past MOTO titles.

Paola is the President of the Rotary Club of Puerto Plata and a passionate advocate for youth, culture, and the environment. She is known for her strong community commitment, promoting values and environmental awareness. A passionate actress, director, and theater coach, she has a solid background in the arts. She is dedicated to transforming lives affected by hardship and adversity through meaningful educational, cultural, and community initiatives.

Allen Campos
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Cultural project manager with training in museography and curatorship, and a dedicated youth educator with the Dominican Scout Association. As Executive Director of Happy Dolphins, he leads community-focused initiatives along the Dominican Republic’s north coast, also serving as an international trainer in lifeguarding and first aid.

Marcus Böhm
WATERSPORTS CONSULTANT
Recently awarded with Volunteer of the Year in Sports by the Ministry of Economy, he is a watersports pioneer who arrived from Germany over 30 years ago looking for wind and waves. Marcus has inspired and elevated many young lives in the Cabarete community by transmitting his know-how of sports and passion for the Ocean.

Carlos Jambrina
HEAD INSTRUCTOR
International trainer in lifeguarding and first aid, his passion for the sea and conservation of natural resources is reflected in 30 years of experience in water sports and as a youth trainer in Barcelona, France, and the Dominican Republic.

INSTRUCTOR
Passionate about water sports, certified as a lifeguard since the age of 13. As a swimming and first aid instructor, he shares his knowledge to promote water safety and inspire others to enjoy the water responsibly.

With experience riding waves and ensuring beach safety, Leoni combines her love for the ocean with a commitment to teaching and protecting others.
